Dear Mayor Hagedorn,
This is to signify my intention to apply as Local Treasury Operations Officer I of the City
Treasurers Office of Land Tax Division.
Presently I am supervising the Business Tax Mapping Program (Special Program of City
Treasurers Office) to provide a permanent link between business establishment in the
field and office records for assessment purposes and for future planning.
I have been an organic employee of the said office since 2005 as Administrative Aide IV
which I believed honed me to handle parallel responsibilities and functions in bigger
perspectives. I have in-depth appreciation on the job, passion and dedication as I geared
my undergraduate thesis on Tax Mapping: A Strategy in Tax Collection in Puerto Princesa
City- concluded by the PSU last March 2012. This study has somehow provided workable
and practical insights and recommendations for the office efficiency.
