Scottish Shortbread (Mrs.

Barrowman's Recipe)

Ingredients
2 cups of self-raising flour
3/4 cup cornflour
1/2 cup of fine granulated sugar
227g butter (the more butter the more awesome but terrible on the waistline)

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together. Do not form a cream but mix until it has the
consistency of breadcrumbs.
2. Grease 2 (or 1 massive) 23cm pie tins (or equivalent square or rectagular
bake tins). Press mixture into tins.
3. Bake @ 200C for 25 minutes. Once cooled, cut and serve.
