    thatallowsallparticipantsinthelearningprocessafair
    opportunitytostriveacademicallyandsocially.Itshould
    includerules,procedures,andexpectationsthatareachievable
    andthatcanbemaintained.Classroommanagementshouldalsobe

    behavior.
