SET INDUCTION

Teacher explains that the topic today is the

different generation of programming
languages and that the programming
languages are categorized as low level and
high level languages.

Students listens attentively to the teacher

explanation

Teacher places students into groups of two

and distributes the five Activity sheet 1
(grouped as 1-5) that must be completed. On
each activity sheet, each group is given two
generation programming languages. The
generation language slides, along with a note
on generation language are divided according
to groups and the generation languages given
to them.
Each group is given two languages to study, to
discover information from the study and
answer the question given on the Activity
sheet1 based on their group. So there are five
groups. Teacher walks around the class
observing whether students are completing the
Activity Sheet 1 in their assigned groups
providing one on one assistance, to students to
ensure understanding.
Students in their groups are then asked by the
Teacher to share their knowledge and

Students listen attentively, and quickly form groups
