product on grounds of touch, taste and smell against six similar competitive
products available in the market, and provide you with detailed report by
March 15th, 2015, for a total of $27,512. By implementing our strategy, Skin

We are a brand new company Founded in October 2014 by Harpreet Singh,
Phillip Dunster & Wanda Holloran. We know we are a start up company, but
we have a vision of providing our clients with most innovative and out of the
box experience.

Identification of Needs
Skin Care Unlimited requirements:
The Proving Grounds understands the requirements to be such:
Product testing of your suntan lotion
It has to be comparative against 6 of your popular competitors.
Skin care needs an unbiased third party review of the product.
It must be done on or before March 15th, 2015.

The testing against the competitors needs to be done on following

parameters: Touch, Taste & Smell.
Individual product testing must show the before and after application
results.
Skin Care Unlimited is responsible for supplying the entire product that
needs to be tested.
Evaluation will be done by application of product on different individuals
and documenting the results.
The complete result of the testing will be submitted in a form of detailed
report.
Our company assumes that once the proposal is passed, there will be
no delays in release of advance payment from Skin Care Unlimited, as
we are running on very strict deadlines.
Our company also assumes that once the proposal is accepted, we will
have all the support needed from Skin care Unlimited without any
roadblocks.

Project Scope, Cost, & Time

This project will involve coordination from Sales and Accounts department of
Skin Care Unlimited. This project will involve a total of ten people from The
Proving Grounds to be implemented successfully. Eight people will be recruits
needed for testing and two will be companys employee for administrative
work. As this is winters, so our company needs to go to someplace warm with
a lot of sunlight to accomplish this project with accurate results. We will be
applying products on test individuals and test results. We will be providing
Skin Care Unlimited with photographs of the tested individuals before, during,
and after application of all the products. The complete project will follow the
below mentioned timeline

Implementation of Complete project

Following will be the steps that will be followed by The Proving Grounds for
successful execution of product testing of suntan lotion by Skin Care
Unlimited.
As its winter here in our city, so we, along with 6 recruits for testing, will
be going to Bahamas, where there is sunny always, to conduct the
tests.
We will be having 6 models with our team from the Proving Grounds for
the tests. Two of them will be fair, two will be medium complexion, and
two will be of darker complexion to see the effects on different skin
types.
Each model will be tested twice, first on the back and then on the legs.
We will be buying T-shirts and cut 8 similar holes on the back of it, 1 for
applying the product of Skin Care Unlimited, 6 for the popular in market
product, and last one for not applying anything to compare the results.
Applying 2-inch horizontal strip for each lotion can test the front side of
legs.
The test subject will be kept in sum for about three hours, and
photographs will be takes at every hour to notice the change
happening.
The complete trip will be of 3 days. The extra days are used as
contingencies in case weather is not good.
Every lotion will also be tested on the touch, its effect on clothing, its
smell, and how often it has to be repeated.
The complete report will be made and submitted to the Skin Care
Unlimited on the date defined in the timeline.
