    The Northern Court hearings scheduled for April 15-17 were temporarily interrupted due to the remote server system being offline. All Order to Show Cause hearings on April 15th were moved to the Guam Judicial Center, and all other Northern Court hearings on April 16-17 were rescheduled to later dates. The Judiciary is working to restore the system fully by April 20th and apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the interruption.

    NORTHERN COURT HEARINGS TEMPORARILY INTERRUPTED

    Full Service Restoration Scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2015


    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

    (April 14, 2015) (Guam Judicial Center Hagta, Guam) The Judiciary of
    Guam regrets that its Northern Court Satellite remote server system is currently
    off-line. Court patrons are advised that all Order to Show Cause hearings
    scheduled for Wednesday, April 15 will be held at the Guam Judicial Center in
    Hagta. All MCC and Small Claims court hearings scheduled for Thursday,
    April 16 and Friday, April 17 at the Northern Court will be rescheduled to a later
    date; notice of new dates will be forwarded to parties.
    The Judiciary is actively working to bring the system back online and resume
    normal operations at its Northern Court and apologizes for any inconvenience.
