At the appropriate place, insert the following:

SEC. ll. RESTORING INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY.

Sections 1501 and 1502 and subsections (a), (b), (c),

4 and (d) of section 10106 of the Patient Protection and

5 Affordable Care Act (and the amendments made by such
6 sections and subsections) are repealed and the Internal
7 Revenue Code of 1986 shall be applied and administered
8 as if such provisions and amendments had never been en9 acted.
