concentrating on reading, math, and writing

Administered and scored the Qualitative Reading Inventory (QRI) to a struggling reader and worked
intensively with the student to improve decoding skills and reading fluency

Administered the Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) to struggling readers

Administered the Kaufman Test of Educational Achievement (KTEA-II)

Completed a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and developed a Positive Behavior Support Plan for a
student with a specific learning disability in reading and a speech and language impairment who was
showing avoidance behaviors during English Language Arts

Designed, implemented, and evaluated 5-day units on probability and figurative language

Designed and implemented social skills lessons for a group of students with emotional and behavioral
disorders who met weekly during lunch
