Burtz Street Redevelopment Project is a

residential into a medium density mixed-
use project. Current entitlements include
over 276,000 square feet of usable
residential new construction and
approximately 18,000 square feet of retail,
surface grade and on-street parking, new
sidewalks, underground utilities, lighting
and all new infrastructure. The project is in
upper Northwest area of Atlanta Georgia.
