9:35- prepare yeast dough in kitchen aid for breadsticks and get in proofer
10:00- set the table
10:20- wash dishes (prep)
10:30- for breadsticks and get in oven by 10:45cook for 15 min
11:00- take breadsticks out of oven
11:05- plate entre
11:30- clear off table

9:35- make pasta dough so it can rest for 30 min
10:00- make ravioli filling and put in fridge once finished, until ready to use
10:30- roll out pasta dough and make ravioli. Bring a salted pot of water to a boil
10:50- cook ravioliabout 4 min
11:00- put breadsticks in basket on table
11:30- start washing dishes from bucket

9:35- start marinara sauce and let simmer for an hour
10:00- slice lemons and put in pitcher of water and then place in fridge to stay cold
10:20- wash up dishes (prep)
10:30- chop ingredients for salad, combine in salad bowl and make the dressing
10:50- wash dishes and help with whatever needs to be finished
11:00- pour water in glasses and set salad on table
11:30- clear off work space
