Ms. Flack has experienced incredible growth in the effectiveness of her instruction. She has worked hard to
meet the needs of diverse learners, ranging from students who are currently being evaluated for SPED to
students who are identified as Talented and Gifted. She has learned to take formative data during instruction
and actively seeks out opportunities to use this data to remediate learning as necessary.

Ms. Flack integrated the Time to Teach procedure of refocus sheets and Teach To's in order to provide
students with a representation of desirable behavior, as well as appropriate consequences when this behavior
expectation wasn't met. She has also learned to regularly review these expectations with students. She is
well-liked by the students and has used opportunities to build relationships with them that assist with her
discipline policies.

Ms. Flack is able to effectively manage instruction with discipline. She is able to eliminate many misbehaviors
before they happen due to building relationships and proximity. She has built a mutual trust with the class.
