P (MIXING TIFFIN
CAKE)
STAGE-1
Add all materials except maida &
fruits cuts.
STAGE-2
Then pass on air in to the machine
at 40 rpm for 2 mins.
Check the sp. gravity& batter tem.
simultaneously
(0.6-0.8 & 22-24C ) correspondingly.

STAGE-3
Now, Add Maida in to the mixer .( at 10
rpm for 2 minutes)

then add fruits cuis in to the mixer ( at 10


rpm for 40 sec)
