Jennifer Bajorek was assigned to my second grade classroom at Westview

Elementary School in Platteville, WI as a pre-student teacher. She was in my classroom
for the Spring Semester of 2014. During this time she taught Reading and Language
Arts. When Miss Bajorek was in my room, she was responsible for teaching 2large
group lessons, plus a LLi (Leveled Literacy Intervention) lesson each day to a group of 3
second graders. All of the lessons that she taught were organized and well thought out.
In addition to having an LLi group each day, she also listened to a small group of second
grade students read from leveled books for approximately a half an hour.

Miss Bajorek caught onto the routine of our second grade classroom very quickly.
She seems very relaxed and comfortable with this age level. Her classroom
management techniques are very strong and I enjoyed watching each lesson that she
taught! She has a good, strong teaching voice and speaks very clearly and very
professionally!
The lessons that she planned were very age appropriate for second grade. She put
careful thought and consideration into planning her lessons as well. She was very
conscientious and willing to help out in any way.
She was a friendly person to work with and was very professional and flexible.
She was always smiling and pleasalt towards myself and my students. Her positive
attitude will carry her very far in education! She interacted well with my students and
we will all miss her! She has that "natural ability" it takes to become a successful
teacher! I appreciate how helpful she has been to me and my students in second grade!
She will be a great addition to whatever school she works in! Best of luck to you!
