Allison has grown in her confidence as an educator. She is doing well in her second placement. She is
developing solid lesson plans and provides meaningful instruction. Her students have been engaged in
learning during my observations. Allison demonstrates professional dress and demeanor at all times. She has
a no-nonsense, yet even-tempered attitude with the students.
