Brief Description Of Work

The Saudi Electricity Company is planning to construct national grid

service center building, in SKAKAK (E.O.A.), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project composed of several buildings/structures as described
hereunder:
A One (1) story administration building (approximately 2167 s.q.m.
floor area).
One (1) story Work shop building (approximately 1792 s.q.m. floor
area).
Mechanical and electrical workshop (approximately 384 s.q.m. floor
area).
Mosque (approximately 144 s.q.m. floor area).
Guardhouse and toilet (approximately 51.4 s.q.m. floor area).
Pre-engineered building for shaded storage (approximately 720 s.q.m.
floor area).
Support building (fire pump room, ice room and gas cylinder storage
room).
