Premessa Premise

IMPORTANTE IMPORTANT

Il collegamento tra linterfaccia EOBD e le ECU molto semplice, tuttavia noi

consigliamo di seguire attentamente questo manuale perch ogni piccolo errore pu
danneggiare la centralina.

The connection between the EOBD interface and the ECU is very simple, but we
recommend to follow this manual attentively because each small error could damage the
ECU.

EOBD 2

Come prima cosa indispensabile installare

nel vostro computer il software, seguendo le
istruzioni, presente nel CD di installazione.
As before thing is what is necessary install the
software in your computer, following the
instructions, present in the CD of installation.

Di seguito necessario collegare tutti i cavi

allinterfaccia hardware EOBD2 - figura 1 It is necessary connect all the cables to the
hardware interface EOBD2 - figure 1-

Quindi, collegate prima il cavo USB e il cavo

per il BDM e successivamente alimentare
linterfaccia con il jack; il led rosso si
accender come in figura 2.
Therefore, connected first the USB cable and
the cable for the BDM and subsequently feed
the interface with the jack; the red led will
catch fire like in figure 2.

Attenzione:
E indispensabile che linterfaccia sia
sempre
alimentata
utilizzando
un
alimentatore a 12V, indifferentemente dal
tipo di centralina che si deve leggere.
Attention:
Its essential that the interface has fed using
a feeder to 12V always, without note of from
the type of ECU that must be read.

Pin dellinterfaccia EOBD2 Pin of the EOBD2 interface

La figura sottostante rappresenta il Pinout dei 10 pin presenti nellinterfaccia EOBD2.

Questo pinout rapportato alle porte Bdm di tutte le ECU.
The underlying figure represents the Pinout of the 10 pin of the interface EOBD2. This
pinout is rapportate to the Bdm doors of all the ECUs.

Pin BDM Motorola

Nella maggior parte delle centraline non segnato il Pin 1 usato come riferimento per il
corretto verso del Bdm; nella figura seguente possibile vedere lo schema della porta
Bdm con i valori di ogni suo Pin.

Potrete notare dallo schema che i Pin 3

e 5 sono entrambi a massa e quindi in
comune.

the Pin 3 and 5 are both to ground and
therefore in common.

Usando un multimetro quindi

possibile capire il lato corretto del
Bdm e di conseguenza il Pin numero 1
usato di riferimento.

Using a tester it is possible understand

the correct side of the Bdm and
accordingly the Pin numbers 1 used of
reference.

Altro tipo di BDM Motorola Another type of Motorola BDM

Anche laltro tipo di Bdm ha lo stesso pinout di quello precedente; di seguito

mostriamo le fasi necessarie per capire qual il senso corretto e quindi il PIN 1.
Also the other type of Bdm has the same pinout of the preceding one; we of succession
show the necessary phases for understand what is the correct sense and the PIN 1.

1 - Questo il tipico schema del BDM;

2- Trovare con laiuto del multimetro quali sono i

due punti in comune a massa;
2- Find with the help of the tester what are the two
points in common to ground;

3- Il PIN 1 a sinistra dei PIN 3 e 5 trovati alla

fase 2. Di conseguenza si riesce a risalire
anche a tutti gli altri Pin.
3- The PIN 1 is to left of the PIN 3 and 5 found to
the phase 2. Of accordingly is been able to also
go up again to all the other Pin.

Pin Out BDM BOSCH

Il Pin Out BOSCH si differenzia da quello Motorola standard.

The Pin Out BOSCH is differentiated from that standard Motorola.

assegnati ad ogni pin.

Adattatore dalla pressa di CMD / Dimensione Sport / Alien a FG Technology

Se siete in possesso della pressa di CMD,

Dimensione sport o Alien Tech, potete
utilizzare ladattatore in dotazione mostrato in
figura qui a destra.
If you have the press of CMD, Dimensione sport
or Alien Tech, you can use the adapter shows in
figure to the right.

Seguire la seguente figura per collegare correttamente ladattatore:

Follow the following figure for connect correctly the adapter:

Attenzione - Attention:
Lalimentazione deve essere data tramite il cavo con linterruttore SOLO alle ECU BOSCH.
The feeding must be date trouth the interrupt cable ONLY at the ECU BOSCH.

Se siete in possesso della pressa di

EVC, potete collegare il cavo flat
direttamente alla pressa.
If you have the press of EVC, you can
connect directly the flat cable to the

ECU Bosch EDC16 e ME9

In ogni Bosch EDC16 o ME9 si pu notare

la porta BDM che caratterizzata da 14
piazzole vicino al bordo della centralina
come in Figura 3 a lato. Noi per non le
utilizzeremo tutte, ma solamente 12.
In each Bosch EDC16 or ME9 could be
noticed the BDM door that is characterized
from 14 near circles to the edge of the ECU
like in Figure 3 to side. However we won't
use it all, but only 12.

Occorre pulire le piste in modo tale che

siano prive di qualsiasi agente protettivo e
di seguito necessario saldare con dello
stagno dei pin strip nel porta BDM come
mostrato in figura 4.
It needs to clean the circuits in a such way
that they are deprived of any protective agent
and of succession it is necessary join with of
the pond of the pin strip in the BDM door
like shown in figure 4.

A questo punto connettere la centralina

allinterfaccia
EOBD2
utilizzando
ladattatore BOSCH con il cavo flat come
mostrato nella figura 5.
To this point connect the ECU to the
interface EOBD2 using the BOSCH adapter
with the flat cable like shown in the figure 5.

Importante:
Le centraline Bosch si alimentano tramite ladattatore Bosch come nei 3 passi seguenti:

Alimentare correttamente la centralina a +12V usando il cavo con linterruttore.

ECU Bosch MED9.6.1 Ferrari F458 - Maserati

Nelle Ecu Bosch MED9.6.1 la porta BDM

caratterizzata da 14 piazzole vicino al
bordo della centralina come in Figura 6 a
lato. Noi per utilizzeremo le 12 piazzole
indicate dal riquadro rosso.
In each Bosch MED9.6.1 could be noticed
the BDM door that is characterized from 14
near circles to the edge of the ECU like in
Figure 6 to side. However we won't use it all,
but only 12.

Occorre pulire le piste in modo tale che

siano prive di qualsiasi agente protettivo e
di seguito necessario saldare con dello
stagno dei pin strip nella porta BDM come
mostrato in figura 7.

A questo punto connettere la centralina

Nel caso di una centralina Delphi

lalimentazione deve essere data dalla
spina originale come raffigurato nella
figura 9.

must be transmitted from the original

Occorre pulire la scheda nella zona

interessata in modo tale che sia priva di
qualsiasi
agente
protettivo
e
successivamente saldare i pin strip
come mostrato nella figura 10.
It needs to clean the card in the interested
zone in a such way that it is deprived of
any protective agent and after of that join
the pin strip like shown in the figure 10.

A questo punto necessario inserire

ladattatore Delphi sui pin strip con il
cavo flat come nella figura 11 a lato.
At this point is necessary insert the
Delphi adapter on the pinstrip with the
cable flat like in the figure 11 to side.

sempre importante rispettare il Pin 1.

Its always important respect the Pin 1.

Nel caso di una centralina Marelli MJD ed

MJD+ lalimentazione deve essere data dal
connettore originale. Figura 12.
In the case of a Marelli MJD and MJD+
ECUs the feeding must be trasmitted from
the original connector. Figure 12.
Nella MJD prima di alimentare la
centralina, per, occorre dissaldare la
resistenza evidenziata con il riquadro rosso
come mostrato nella figura 13 a destra.
In the MJD before feed the ECU, however,
needs join-out the resistance underlined
with the red panel like shown in the figure
13 to the right.

Nella Marelli MJD+ la resistenza

posizionata come inquadrato nella fig. 14.
In the Marelli MJD+ the resistance is
positioned like framed in the figure 11.
Anche qui occorre dissaldare la resistenza
indicata nel riquadro rosso.
Also here needs join-out the resistance
pointed out in the red panel.
Attenzione:
Se non viene svolta questa operazione il
BDM non comunica con la ECU.

Una volta tolta la resistenza,

possibile saldare i pin strip sulla
porta BDM.
Once removed the resistance, it is
possible join the pin strip on the BDM
door.

Tenere in considerazione i pin da

usare evidenziati in figura 15 a lato:
Hold in consideration the pin from use
underlined in figure 12 to side:

Successivamente,
collegare
la

Nelle SID 803 lalimentazione deve essere

data tramite spina originale; alimentare la
centralina come mostrato in figura 16.
In the SID 803 the feeding must be trasmitted
through original connector; feed the ECU like
shown in figure 16.
Occorre anche in questo caso pulire bene le
piste in modo tale che siano prive di qualsiasi
agente protettivo; dopodich saldare i pin
strip come mostrato nella figura 17.
It also needs in this case clean the circuits well
in a such way that they are deprived of any
protective agent; subsequently join the pin
strip like shown in the figure 17

A questo punto occorre inserire ladattatore

Siemens con il cavo flat sui pin strip come
mostrato nella figura 18.
At this point it needs to insert the Siemens
adapter with the flat cable on the pin strip like
shown in the figure 18.

La centralina SID 803A ha lo stesso

Pinout della SID 803, seguire quindi la
figura 19 sopra riportata per alimentarla.
The ECU SID 803A has the same Pinout of
the SID 803, therefore follow the figure 19
above for feed it.
A differenza della precedente, potrete
notare che la porta BDM posta in modo
obliquo.
At difference of the precedent, you will
notice that the BDM door has set in an
oblique way.

Pulire bene le piste in modo tale che siano

prive di qualsiasi pellicola protettiva e
saldare i pinstrip come nella figura 20.
Clean the circuits well in a such way that
they are deprived of any protective film and
join the pinstrip like in the figure 20.
A questo punto inserire ladattatore
Siemens con il cavo flat sui pinstrip come
mostrato nella figura 21.
At this point insert the Siemens adapter
with the flat cable on the pinstrip like
shown in the figure 21.

1. Pulire bene la scheda da ogni agente
protettivo e successivamente saldare i
pin strip sulla porta BDM.

Infine, utilizzare ladattatore Siemens
con il cavo flat nei pin strip.
Finaly, insert the Siemens adapter
with the cable flat in the pin strip.

La Siemens SID 204 deve essere

Pulire bene la scheda da ogni agente

Le ECU Siemens SID206 devono essere

alimentate tramite la presa originale.
The ECU Siemens SID206 must be feeds
through the original connector.
- Seguire le indicazioni sopra in figura 34 - Follow the indications above in figure 34 A questo punto, pulire bene la scheda nel
punto interessato da ogni agente protettivo e
saldare poi i pin strip sulla porta BDM come
mostrato nella figura 35 a lato.

in the figure then 35 to side.
