Dear Philippa Burrows,
I am writing this letter represented Mohd Shafie bin Awang one of my
staff to request a leave of absence from Pro - Elt Course on Wednesday
9th of October due to the annual sport days events in my school. I want
to inform that he involves as one of the officer that day.
For your information the events will held for 2 days on 9th to 10th
October 2013. The events for first day starting from morning to late
afternoon and he has to in charge the events in the afternoon on
Wednesday.
I am sorry for the short notice of my request, but I hope for your
consideration of the situation. Furthermore lately many of my staff
attends for the courses and I need more staff to handle the events. He
shall be back to attend the course next time as usual.
I hope you will understand my position and grant him a leave for that
day. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by his absence. Thank
you very much.
