Ms. Chin initially observed in classrooms for the first semester of the 2014-2015 school year and then student taught full-time for the second semester. Ms. Chin has worked in close collaboration with the science department to share ideas and present the optimal level of, instruction. During my initial classroom walk-through observations, I was impressed with the level of student engagement and respect Ms. Chin quickly achieved. Ms. Chin entered this assignment with a maximum level of professionalism and confidence. Ms. Chin integrates technology to capture the student’s attention and in turn uses the data obtained to guide her instruction in order to meet the needs of each student.
