1. Unit-3 GCP Panel Power Factor meter not working

2. Unit-3 Permanent Earth Flat welding to be done for Startup Booster Fan
3. Unit-3 Generator DE Bearing temperature to be lined up for DCS & Temperature
Scanner in GCP
4. All Units Bed material screw feeders Operation (ON/OFF) to be arranged from DCS.
5. All Units VFD Motors Winding and Bearing temperatures monitoring to be arranged from
DCS.
6. All Units Voltage & Current Monitoring to be arranged from DCS.
7. Coal Feeder Motor Terminal Boxes Cover was sent for sample and yet to be received.
Most of the Coal feeder terminals boxes are covered with polythene cover.
8. Unit-1 Esp MCC Hopper Heater cable to be replaced for all heaters
9. Water Proof paint to be arranged for CT fan
10. Permanent Cable tray to be arranged for Unit-1&2 CT Fan
11. Permanent Earth Flat to be arranged for Unit-1&2 CT Fan
12. Soot blower Motors earthing to be done for all three units
13. Soot Blower Motors MPCB
14. Scaffolding to be arranged for lighting fault attending near Station Transformer.
15. Scaffolding to be arranged for lighting fault attending In Street light near Switch yard..
16. Transformer yard Roof sheet to be corrected
17. Multiple Single phase supply sources to be arranged in VFD room for pedestal fans and
cooling fans which are placed (Cable & Boxes required)
18. Three phase Supply with Neutral Power DB to be arranged near GT-1&2 for the purpose
of oil filtration
19. The control Box in High mast fitting backside of Weigh bridge near D.M Plant is fixed
temporarily welding to be done for fixing the box permanently.
