The one exclusive sign of through knowledge is the power of teaching.

-Aristotle
Becoming a teacher would allow me to educate and provide students room to grow not
only as students but as successful individuals. Although students come in on one stage it is my
job to prepare them to move to the next one. This rule of thumb applies to educators of any age.
At no time should we consider the child to be under us as teachers. Equality is an essential
element of reaching out to them effectively. We are equals sharing knowledge and experiences in
different yet unique and enlightening ways.
I believe that children learn best when they are taught under certain conditions and in
certain ways. Some of these conditions consist of liberal yet authoritative environments that offer
self-expression and incorporate music and other outside elements into factual learning. Group
activities are vital to developing the proper social skills, and promote positive interaction. All of
which lean towards healthy overall activity with others and confident self-expression.
The curriculum of any classroom should include certain basics that contribute to a
child's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. These basics include
introductory skills in speech, reading writing and math. Having the right amount of knowledge in
these areas sets a foundation to build on new related skills. Students being familiar and mastering
these basics will be fundamental in their academic growth.
Ideal learning environments should promote quality education. Features of a good
learning environment are those that have a outlook on what exactly is being taught. In any
classroom there should be posters of elements included in assignments. The classroom
environment should reflect the teacher and what is being taught.

All children have certain needs that must be met if they are to grow and learn most
effectively . Some of these basic needs a building of personality, problem solving, and
communicate. If a student develops this they are able to grasps concepts in and outside of class. I
would meet these needs allowing them to express themselves freely yet in the lines of respect
and obedience. A teacher should have certain qualities and behave in certain ways in which
correspond with basic morals and educational standards.
