It appears that the plastic dialectric material of the capacitor emits a pretty

good electrostatic shock wave or "space charge" when placed in series with a
spark gap that is set to about 2 inches of spark.

Thats about 30,000 VDC. This shock wave or space charge being ionic in
nature creates an electromagnetic shield surrounding the (space craft)
capacitor that pushes out all external field lines. EM / Gravity etc. The higher
the current density [J] is the better it works.

Also the greater the dielectric constant of the capacitor is the better it works
too. The effect is only detected during the discharge stage of the spark gap
arc. When you place your hands around the capacitor you can feel the force
pushing outwards on your hands.

This is called Debya Shielding, or an Electron Disconnect or a plasma / space

charge shield. It induces positive magnetic or gravitational buoyancy by
pushing out the Earths natural EM based field lines. This then produces an
anti gravity effect. The key is in pulsing the dialectic material with HF DC
pulses. AC will not work. The associated Faraday tubes then do all of the
work. All classic Maxwell. Circa 1865 and Franklin circa 1765.
