Proposal for cloud service integration

Purpose
The purpose of our proposal is to request cloud service integration to help drive efficiency,
reduce supply costs, and increase security.

Introduction
We are here to introduce Link Inc. to OneDrive and the Microsoft 365 all-in-one package. As an
up and coming new business, it is important to keep your files organized and easily accessible.
This will solve our current issues with the filing system we have now, in which customer
invoices are getting lost, not to mention the time it takes to manually search for something
through filing cabinets. The cloud will increase our security through off site back up and military
grade encryption (Welcome to OneDrive). Using a hardcopy filing system will soon become
very inefficient when you take into consideration all of the papers you will need for things like
transactions and tax payments (Perlman). The most important structure that you can have for
organization is Microsofts application software. These documents can be uploaded onto their
cloud service called OneDrive. Cloud based networks are popular with businesses because
everything is accessible on demand (Mitroff). This all-in-one package will not only improve our
file structure and organization, but also make it more efficient to store and retrieve any
documents we may need (Niaulin).

Proposed Task
We will be investing our resources by doing extensive primary and secondary research for
company to possibly expand into cloud computation. The first task will be to figure out what
company offers services that will be beneficial to the company as a whole. Afterwards task two
will provide detailed analysis on pricing modules and will be detailed in a chart for better
understanding. Task three will be focused on how the Link Inc. will implement the new cloud
services into our daily taskings. Security will be task four and how it will affect the company

and why Link Inc. will benefit from added security and stability. Task five will have the research
team will begin studying how the company will implement the service. Next to last task will be
generating the report for the company to decide if we are to implement this technology.
