To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure and honor of knowing Sierra Pell throughout
the fall and winter of 2014, both as her mentor and as a dedicated
high school student. Sierra has an unbridled passion for theatre and
the arts, and that passion is displayed in all of the activities shes
involved in. From her acting in various plays and musicals, to her
work in the Nueva Core Program, to her talent as a singer in the WHS
choir, Sierra is dedicated and takes her responsibilities seriously.
This year I had the privilege to be Sierras mentor for her Junior
Project. She always conducted herself in a professional manner when
we met, and I was most impressed with her ability to carry out many
different tasks for me. She attended many singing classes that I
taught and gave valuable insight and suggestions to my students. I
am delighted to say that Sierra has a fabulous work ethic and a strong
sense of herself. She listens attentively and takes direction well. It
has been a true pleasure and privilege to get to know her as her
Junior Project mentor.
Sierra is engaging, intelligent and capable, and I feel confident that
her artistic qualities would be an asset to any program.
