Summary

The following research is framed within the department of Organizational

Phycology, which attempts to attach the dimensions regarding the organizational
climate measures among eight authors previously selected to the human needs
from the human scale model by the Chilean economist and environmentalist
Manfred Max Neef.
The organizational climate dimension covers certain needs and at this point is
where the interests about knowing to what extent human needs are being
considered on the climate measurements made by companies through constructs
called dimensions.
For addressing this phenomenon a Case Study design was used under the
naturalist-qualitative paradigm. Participants engaged in this research were
employees of one of the biggest trading companies located in Osorno city, who
were applied semi- structured interviews under a certain inclusion-exclusion
criteria.
The literature review and the informational crossing realized that one of the needs
was not considered entirely within the climate measuring, and these interviews
were directly addressed to that direction, which corroborated the initial finding in a
significance sense granted by the people who were interviewed and how and when
these specific human needs accomplish to be satisfied.

Key words: Organizational Climate, Dimensions, human needs.
