1- Go to https://my301507.crm.ondemand.

com
2- On Login page right click and select only option displayed as Silver light .
3- Select Application storage tab as displayed in below shot4- Select the url for crm application.
5- Delete cache installed on your system.
6- Again go to https://my301507.crm.ondemand.com .

2- If incase you are not able to open the Silver light Window then please follow
the below path and get the version as below-C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Silverlight\
3- Now your should be able to get the version as below-

After getting the version installed on your system replace this below
Version text in below path with correct version as below-

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Silverlight\

{Version}\Silverlight.Configuration.exe
example belowC:\Program Files\Microsoft
Silverlight\5.1.30514.0\Silverlight.Configuration.exe
4- Now go to start-> run and paste this similar path as above (in blue) and hit
enter.

4- Go to Application Storage tab and follow the step defined in step #1.
