    Perikatan adalah suatu perhubungan hukum antara dua orang berdasarkankan mana satu berhak menuntut hal dari pihak lain dan pihak lain berkewajiban untuk memenuhi tuntutan itu. Perjanjian adalah suatu peristiwa dimana seorang berjanji kepada orang lain atau dimana dua orang itu saling berjanji untuk melaksanakan suatu hal. Pengertian perikatan lebih luas dari perjanjian, sebab hubungan hukum yang ada dalam perikatan munculnya tidak hanya dari perjanjian tetapi juga dari aturan perundang-undangan. Hal lain yang membedakan keduanya adalah bahwa perjanjian pada hakekatnya merupakan hasil kesepakatan para pihak, jadi sumbernya benar-benar kebebasan pihak-pihak yang ada untuk diikat dengan perjanjian sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1338 KUHPerdata. Sedangkan perikatan selain mengikat karena adanya kesepakatan juga mengikat karena diwajibkan oleh undang undang, contohnya perikatan antara orangtua dengan anaknya muncul bukan karena adanya kesepakatan dalam perjanjian diantara ayah dan anak tetapi karena perintah undang-undang. Perbedaan antara perikatan dan perjanjian lainnya adalah juga terletak pada konsekuensi hukumnya. Pada perikatan masing-masing pihak mempunyai hak hukum untuk menuntut pelaksanaan prestasi dari masing-masing pihak yang telah terikat. Sementara pada perjanjian tidak ditegaskan tentang hak hukum yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing pihak yang berjanji apabila salah satu dari pihak yang berjanji tersebut ternyata ingkar janji, terlebih karena pengertian perjanjian dalam Pasal 1313 KUHPerdata menimbulkan kesan seolah-olah hanya merupakan perjanjian sepihak saja. Definisi dalam pasal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa tindakan dari satu orang atau lebih mengikatkan dirinya terhadap satu orang lain atau lebih, tidak hanya merupakan suatu perbuatan hukum yang mengikat tetapi dapat pula merupakan perbuatan tanpa konsekuensi hukum.

    accounting student studying in the last year of Bachelors in majoring in Accounting at Faculty of Economics,
    University of Indonesia. I had an interenship at one of the organisations of independendent assurance, tax and
    advisory firms, Certified Public Accountant RSM AAJ Associates. I am also had been work for 1 year and
    3 moths at Charoen Pokphand Group as Accounting Staff . I can do work and effective and efficient. Besides I
    am

    sincere, punctual and possess good communication skills which will help me in strengthening the

    company's rapport with the clients.


    I am a hard working person, persistent and good with numbers. I am comfortable both working within a team
    environment and on individual tasks. I believe my skills combine with my educational background, could make
    me a good. I have agreat desire to work to achieve my goals with commitment and determination. I believe that
    I will be able to provide new ideas and great contribution to your companys goal and vision as an staff and gain
    valuable experiences with your company. Now I am taking college courses in accounting master at MAKSI UI.
