Summary: Paramount MD Group has completed phase one of projects for Pediatric Oncology
Professionals. The project is currently underway; this is a progress report of projects completed.
The overall status of the project Good. There are some third party contracts that need to be
secured in order to remain on time.
PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
TRAINING
You have approved the Training Manager who has been assigned to the
project by Paramount
You have identified that you have 12 permanent staff and 8 temporary
staff that need to be trained over 12 weeks.
You will need to secure three additional trainers by July 15.
You will also need to set up two training rooms and a computer lab by
October 15 to use from November 1, 2015 through January 29, 2016.
UPCOMING MILESTONES
JULY 9, 2015 Select Vendor/Contract Negotiation for Conversion Support Staff
JULY 15, 2015 FINALIZE TRAINER SELECTION
JULY 10, 2015 JULY 12, 2015 Senior management approval
JULY 29, 2015 SYSTEM INSTALL
At this time, no issues have been identified to timely completion of the project.
Project team needs to consistently stay within the scope identified and to avoid any changes
to scope that are not critical to patient care and the initial objectives of the project
Budget adherence The project team needs to be aware of spending and ensure that all
costs toward implementation are tracked appropriately to the project budget and
variances are to be reported monthly.
