who we reward and who we dont

Spirituality

In contrast to religion that is organized and


communal, spirituality is highly individual and
intensely personal
Spirituality is the basic belief that there is a
supreme power, a being, a force, whatever you
call it, that governs the entire universe

Need of Spirituality
We need to integrate spirituality into
management. No organization can survive
for long without spirituality and soul.
