Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1/EDMC states that
the counter affidavit shall be filed during the course of the day. A copy of
the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The
rejoinder, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
Learned counsel appearing for PWD/R2 requests for further time to
file a counter affidavit. Let the same be also filed within a period of two
weeks from today. It is clarified that no further time would be granted to
respondent No.2 to file the counter affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, be filed
before the next date of hearing.
In the meanwhile the parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the

electronic pole kiosk (advertisement displayed).
