SDGMCs Annual Retreat is Friday, October 17, 2014 through Sunday, October
19, 2014. The retreat will be at The Renaissance Hotel Palm Springs.
Please choose one of the following packages below. Each package reflects the
cost of dinner on Saturday, retreat registration fee as well as the two-night stay
at the hotel per person.

____ Package 2: Double Occupancy Room $217.00 each
____ Package 3: Triple Occupancy Room $159.00 each
____ Package 4: Quad Occupancy Room $130.00 each
____ Meals-Only Package $65.00 (Saturday dinner and Registration fee)
____ Retreat Registration $25.00 (attending retreat, but not staying in
hotel or not eating

Monday, September 22, 2014, unless prior arrangements have been made with SDGMC. All
costs are inclusive (nightly rate, food, wifi, hotel taxes, etc.). Hotel incidentals are not included
and are to be paid by the individual at check out. Missed/cancelled nights will not be refunded.
