Dressing Out
You have five minutes.
Get to the locker room, change into
shorts or sweatpants, or yoga or
compression pants.
Must have T shirt, No tank top, Tshirt.
Athletic shoes, close toed with laces,
no sandles. Canvas is ok, as long as
they have rubber souls. Cargo Shorts
ok, if thats what you want to do.

RULES EXPECTATIONS
Standing

around and doing nothing is not


permitted in wellness center. We have a
specific Program, you need to follow it.
REMEDIAL PE, If you do not dress out, or
are not meeting Wellness Center
Standards, you may be given option of
remedial PE to avoid loss points.
Remedial PE includes: 15 Push ups, 3
Minute Squat Bar or writing an 100 word

anyone. You will lose dress out points for
the day, to avoid loss of other points

Sanitiation Process
After Circuit or 7s Day
Final rotation beep and Whistle.
Every on apparatus get one paper towell
and one Sani Wipe, Wipe Down
Apparatus and then Sanitize hands.
Use Wipe to wash the handles and the
sitting area of each of apparutus, the
bars, etc Deep Sani of Fitness bars once
a week. (Each class will do it once)

7s are a 5 stations, five groups for 7

FIRST FRIDAY WE RUNNING A HALFMILE


I will give your Partner and Group
ASSIGNMENT. We will time all of us in a
Mile. Do your best. You will not go to
your next class until you have finished
your mile.
Other Metrics are VERTICAL JUMP,
ILLINOIS AGILITY TEST and 40 YARD
DASH.
These are measurements for you and
you only to pay attention too, they give
you goals to strive for.

RUN
ON

OUR LAST FRIDAY we will run


another fitness combine to chart our
progress. The better you do the more
bonus points you get. Doing poorly
cannot bring your grade down but can
bump you up.
EAGLE RUNS ARE A TRAINING Exercise
we will do twice. We will run in a
straight line, single file, and the last
person sprints to the front.

For aerobic fitness choose aerobic type training eg.
Running, swimming, cycling, etc.
