Situation Doing an individual presentation in the skills class to the people I wasnt familiar
with.
Task- Grabbing their attention and doing a successful presentation.
Action I kept a smile on my face all through the presentation and I used non verbal
communication methods such as changing my tone and making gestures with my hand. I made
the audience be involved in the presentation by asking them questions about the doubts they had
about what I was presenting.
Result I got a positive feedback from my audience.

Situation Joining ACBT after finishing school.
Task Getting adjusted to the culture of the college and making friends. The culture of the
college and the culture of my school were completely different from each other and the first day
of my college life I felt trapped. And I thought I would never get to know all the people there.
Action I was friendly toward everyone and handled the situation with ease using my PR skills
to get adjusted to the situation.
Result By the end of the first semester I had made three best friends and all the others at the
college were my friends as well. I was part of their community and I was part of the college.
Dynamic and result oriented in attitude
Situation An assignment to be completed when team members were not cooperating with each
other.
Task- Getting the assignment done in the given period of time (meeting the deadline)
Action Taking voluntary leadership and motivating the team members in a friendly but firm
manner and guiding them towards completing the tasks each of them had to do
Result Successfully completed assignment with highest marks and on time.
