1. I understand that the portfolio I present to the faculty for review should reflect a solid
understanding of the foundations and commitment within my intended concentration.
2. I understand that if I am accepted into my intended concentration, I will also be required to
participate in a 36 credit hour portfolio review with faculty to continue in the BFA program.
3. I understand that if I receive a letter of decline for my intended concentration, I will remain Art
Intended, and be required to apply for a second review the following semester in order to remain in the
Studio, Media Arts + Art History Department. I may be advised to take additional foundation courses at
my own expense. A second decline will prevent entrance into the BFA program.
4. I understand that if I do not participate in the Concentration Portfolio Review, I will not be
eligible for advising, nor permitted to take additional art courses. I will be required to arrange a portfolio
review with faculty in my intended area of study to move forward in the program.
