ingredients:

potatoes
ginger
green chillies
coriander seeds
salt
red chilli powder
ajwain/carom seeds powder
cilantro/coriander
flour
garam masala/spices mixture
vegetable cooking oil
water

recipe:
get around 15 peeled and boiled potatoes then add 1/4 of chopped onions
and 1/8 chopped ginger add 2 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp coriander seeds then add 2 tsp of salt then add 1/2 tea spoon red
chillie powder then mash the potatoes using ur hands
don't mash them cmpletely
add 1/4 tsp garam masala and add 1/4 cup cilantro mix them all together
wheat preparation:
in a large bowl add 2 cups flour then add 1/2 tsp salt and add 1/8 tsp ajwain
then mix them together then add 1 tsp oil and 1/4 cup water mix them with
ur hand
then mash it till it becomes soft
toss wheat over it

then get a knife cut it into equal pieces large enough to put in the palm of my
hand and can be formed into balls

roll them to make round balls by putting flour in ur hand and roll them and
repeat

make sure u have a dry ground and press from the sides and do not touch the
center

make sure the middle thick and the corner thin while u press it and get the

stuffing and put it in the middle after u make 1 press in the middle and seal
the stuffing in the dough
use the rolling pin and roll it after u put someflour above and when u roll try
to make lower pressure in the center but higher pressure towards the edges
roll them and flip them aver and over and keep rolling and flipping untill u get
to ur desired size then holit in ur palms to get off the flour
then out some oil in the oiling pan and drop the Paratha over the hot pan
and fry it for almost 45 sec to a min then flip it over to the other side and toss
it over till u get a golden color
