    Follow the instructions:

    1. Open the file houses.final You will see this information:

    2. Ask the other students in the class where they live.


    Write the answers in your notebook.

    3. Now write the different house names


    in column A.
    Your page should look like this:

    NAME: DATE:

    4. Add the number of people who said they live in a flat. Write the
    answer in column C. Do the same for the other types of houses.

    5. Use the formula =sum(_ _ : _ _ ) or the autosum (∑) at the top of
    the page to add the total.

    6. Write your name and date on the page.

    7. Save your work with the filename houses2


    (office button> save as > my documents > change the filename > save).
