    detailsofCaseyslifebecamethefocusofthemediaduringhertrialforcapitalmurder
    ofherdaughterCalee.Eventhoughthetrialendedinanonguiltyverdictduetolackof
    evidencetosupportthechargesbroughtagainstCasey,intheeyesofthepublic,Casey
    wasguilty,guilty,guilty.
    CaseyAnthonywasborninOrlandoFloridatoparentsGeorgeandCindy.They
    werearegularfamilywithhousecompletewithawhitepicketfence.Inthishouse,
    everyoneseemedhappyandeverythingwasgood.Attheageof18,Caseybecame
    pregnantafterhavingaonenightstandwithayoungman.Despitethecircumstances
    ofherpregnancy,herparents,whodidnotbelieveinabortion,insistedthatCaseykeep
    thebaby,Casey,feelingthatshewasnotyetreadytobeamother,didnotagreewith
    herparentsanddidnotwanttokeepherchild.However,bythe9thmonthof
    pregnancy,Caseywasexcitedtowelcomeherchildintoherlife.Within2years,this
    excitementwouldturnintooverwhelmingstressforCasey.OnJuly15,2008,Cindy
    Anthonyfiledamissingpersonreportforhergranddaughter,whoshehadnotseenin
    31days.Thefollowingday,July16,2008,CaseyAnthonywasarrestedandcharged
    withchildneglect,obstructionofacriminalinvestigationandfalsifyingstatementstolaw
    enforcementofficials.
