Warm Up Project
Warm Up definition: to prepare for
physical exertion by exercising gently before
hand.

Warm Up benefits: it will improve the


athletes performance level and it prevents
injuries.

Pulse Raiser: For the Pulse Raiser we will play toilet tag. Toilet tag
is a game where two or three people are the taggers and they need to
tag everyone, when someone gets tagged they have to do the toilet
position and they can only be saved if someone goes and flushes them.
(4 min.) Taggers for the first round: Ruben and Alba, taggers for the
second round: Adrian and Ann

Mobility:

Neck rotation (1o sec.)


Shoulder rotation (10 sec.)
Wrists and ankles rotation (10 sec.)
Finger mobility (1o sec.)
Torso Rotation (10 sec.)
Hip Rotation (2 laps each side)
Knee Rotation (10 sec.)

Stretching:

Shoulder stretch (20 sec.)


Triceps stretch (20 sec.)
Forearm stretch (20 sec.)
Upper Body stretch (20 sec..)
Hamstrings stretch (20 sec.)
Calf stretch (20 sec.)
Butterfly Position (20 sec.)
