OPAS
is the true Add-On technology for applications
with requires 1-100 ppm. OPAS can be added
to existing Nitrogen systems. It is high purity
of N2 at a minimum costs. The basic idea is on
action technology which purifies N2 from
99,5% up to 99,9999% only using 0,7kW per 1
m3 of N2 - products from Oxymat become more
green.

Blanketing
or Flushing
Flushing or purging with an inert gas implies
displacing the air from empty vessel, empty bottle, or any other empty but confined space with an
inert gas. In the case of blanketing, an attempt is
made to maintain a layer of gas over the liquid
surface. There are various means to achieve
a purging, flushing, or blanketing operation.

All versions will use 5% feed gas as scrubbing gas for

the heated adsorbtion dryer.
Example: Needed capacity 1000m3/h means that you
need feed gas of 1050 Nm3/h.

which we remove by heating/drying.
