SUPERSTITIONS

There are interesting beliefs in every culture.

Audio conference , Chat, e-mail, Jurnal de proiect, Other software (Powerpoint, video, pictures and
drawings) , TwinSpace, Virtual learning environment (communities, virtual classes, ...), Web publishing
Obiective:
In the process f the project: We aim to develop our students to use internet actively, design new things,
search some definitions about the superstitions and learn about what superstition mean in other cultures
and Europe.
Procedur de lucru:
After finding the project partners, we are planning to work as soon as possible. We'll set the
responsibilities of the schools, teachers, and students and make a study calendar.
(February 15. March 15.) a) Students will introduce themselves by uploading videos (Talk about
yourself in 1 minute) b) Students will describe their schools by preparing a document with photos and
text. c) Students will introduce their local area by preparing a document with photos and text. d) Student
will prepare a map of the country on which they will introduce their countries.
(March 15. April 5) Students will create a simple glossary of everyday speech in their mother tongues
and of course in English. b) Students will record these simple words/sentences in their own languages
and these audio files will be exchanged
(April 5. May 10) Designing some different items in different shapes and colours about superstitions in
their cultures in the technology an design lesson by using multimedia vehicles such as ppts, videos, or
photos.
(May 10. July 5 ) Searching different beliefs and superstitions in their cultures and comparing them
with other student and cultures and sharing these items at the e-twinning area. At the end; teachers,
pupils will share their thoughts and emotions about the project and subject.
Rezultate preconizate:

Our students and we will use the internet, videos, ppts, encyclopedias, and other technological items. Learning
about this subject in English will increase the interest of the students towards English. On the other hand;
students, teachers, schools will learn together, create something together, hang out with each other. Not only
students but also teachers and schools will cooperate and have some entertaining and educational time together.
And maybe the most important side will be that we will make some new friends.
