The classes are instructed by Marjolein

Meulblok. Marjolein has become a Lu Jong
teacher in 2009 and has been teaching
ever since. In 2011 she also started training
new Lu Jong teachers.

The 5 elements (from 11 am - 1.30 pm)

Since the age of 25 Marjolein has been

practising several different kinds of yoga
before discovering the power of the Tibetan
exercises taught by Tulku Lobsang.

She practises Lu Jong, Tog Chd

(the Wisdom sword) and Tsa Lung
(breath and movement exercises) and also
gives Tibetan Kum Nye healing massage,
which balances the bodys energies.

How it works

Lu Jong was developed 8000 years ago by

Tibetan monks who lived far from access
to medical help in the Himalayan mountains.

If all of our bodys energies can flow

freely, we have a healthy body and a
happy mind. Constant change in our
daily lives causes stress which builds
up in our bodies.

By combining their knowledge of traditional

Tibetan medicine with their observations of
nature, they created the therapeutic
movements of Lu Jong. These integrate the
Tibetan holistic view on our physical health,
that is highly influenced by our state of mind.
Today, Tulku Lama Lobsang, a very respected
Tibetan doctor selected these Lu Jong
exercises to increase your body awareness
and develop the bodys natural healing
power.Lu Jong is a great technique
to create a healthy body and a happy mind.

By practising the Lu Jong exercises on

a regular basis, your flexibility of both
body and mind increases, and it will
become easier to adapt to change.

Lu Jong
Lu means body and Jong means
movement or transition. Lu Jong has its
own tradition and is the oldest Asian body
practise system.
The exercises take the form of very soft and
slow movements in which breathing and
movement come together in a harmonious
and fluid way.

Tulku Lobsang
The venerable Tulku Lobsang
Rinpoche is a high precious
Buddhist master.
He bases his teachings on the
ancient Tantric knowledge that
has been the foundation for
Tibetan Buddhism, Medicine,

in these matters, Rinpoche now
