3. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD) : NIL EMD.
4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: Following documents should be submitted through etendering route only.
1. Digitally Signed Tender Document as Token of Acceptance.
2. Digitally Signed Filled Price Bid (BoQ_1234).
3. Digitally Signed Scan copies of Declaration Form A, B, C and D on Company
Letter Head.
4. Digitally Signed Scan copy Holiday Listing on Company Letter Head.
5. Digitally Signed Scan copy Undertaking on Company Letter Head.
6. Digitally Signed Scan copy of Income Tax Clearance Certificate if available
otherwise latest income tax return copy.
It may be noted that for document at Sr no 3, 4 & 5 tenderer has to write/print
necessary information/name etc & then submit digitally signed copy of the same.If
the information is NIL, then it should be mentioned as NIL. For Sr. no 5 tenderer
has to sign with seal & then submit digitally signed copy of the same.
IOCL will not be responsible for in any way of failure on the part of bidder.
In case of non receipt of above said documents before due date & time, tender
document shall be rejected.
