I believe in seeing challenges and failures in life as a heartening springboard for growth, allowing
for further stretching of our exisisting abilities. I aim to support and create a passion for personal,
social and academic learning through a growth mindset. I believe that modeling and teaching a
growth mindset is hallmark to the qualities of intelligence, creativity as well as relational capacities
such as love and friendship. I believe in dreams and second chances. I see the school counselor
role requiring a humble facilitator of courageous and supportive opportiuntities for acceptace of
ones true self as a learner and human being.
