IB Solo Presentation

Do:
explore something unfamiliar,
have primary and secondary sources,
explore a theorist with several sources (books, websites, etc.),
be passionate about your theatre theory aspect,
be open and engage in the process - explore and experiment,
document your explorations and experimentations,
include scenic and technical elements that are relevant to your performance,
bring together the skills creating, designing, directing, and performing through the lens
of a theatre theorist,
have a Peer Mentor that can challenge your creative ideas,
think like
a creator,
a designer,
a director
and a performer.

Dont:
explore Big Mamas Book of Improv,
include a performance longer than 8 mins or under 4 mins,
explore only through the lens of a performer,
approach this as a performance ONLY task,
map out your scene before you start your practical exploration,
include other performers,
work in isolation.
