With a 50/50 joint venture such as the one created with Atlantic Gulf Asia Holdings, N.V.
and Nanjing Xianlin Agricultural & Grazing Farm, one-stop-service-agencies can be very
important. The service agency, supervised by an on-site management team, will fully assist with
the most important aspects of corporate, business, industrial, and residential needs of end-users
and will offer a broad spectrum of services (A Unique Alliance, 1). This service helps provide
efficiency and a business-friendly atmosphere that can make or break deals and multinational
companies.
Through the use of this one stop service agency, everyone benefits. The added value
created is how everyone benefits, not just the YDJV companies. Nanjing Valley offers fully
serviced lots, international standard infrastructure, design, construction and investment
assistance, on-site management and other requisite supporting services making this project not
only beneficial to the two companies directly involved in the transformation, but to any other
