The classroom will consist of all 12th grade students who have been working
towards their senior projects. This will include students with IEPs as well.
Technology Inclusion:
Students will be accessing their websites through the IPads, Apple TV, and
www.Weebly.com
VIII. Prior Knowledge: Students have been preparing for their presentations throughout the
unit.
Lesson Placement in the Unit: This is lesson 9 of 10.

Procedures:
1. Lesson Introduction / Anticipatory Set:
The facilitator will make sure that everyone has appropriate attire on, which would be
appropriate for their final presentations.
2. Direct Instruction:
The instructor will direct the students in the process to take place on presentation day.
The instructor will show each student where they will be standing and how they should
present. The instructor should give feedback on each students individual run through
of their presentations.
3. Student Interaction with lesson content / Guided Practice:
Today will be spent finalizing final student products and presentations along with dress
rehearsals. Today will be spent placing the final touches on the presentations. Student
can finalize any editing to their personal statements via IMovie. Students will be able
to make sure that all of their documents are properly edited and in the final version
stage, and videos are properly uploaded to their Weebly site and that it is presentable.
Once this is complete students will utilize www.qrstuff.com to create a QR code
making their portfolios quickly accessible.
4. Independent Practice:

Students will participate in a short run through of their presentations, dressed
appropriately, while other students and the educator provide necessary feedback and/or
suggestions.
5. Review / Closure:
The instructor should reiterate that the students need to prepare at home for the final
presentation. Homework: students should run through their presentations at home. This
can be in front of the mirror, family members, or friends
6. Presentations:
The majority of the class time is spent reviewing each students presentation.
