LINCOLN SCHOOL ELEMENTARY PROFESSIONAL GROWTH PLAN

2014-2015

In order to support continuous professional improvement, each teacher will develop actions to meet school goals. Please
work with your Grade Level Leader Coordinator to develop the action plan with documentation in the following areas:
Focus Area/Goals

Develop school wide use of a


variety of test and assessment
data (MAP, DRA, writing rubrics,
quizzes,

tasks,
etc.) to close achievement gaps
and advance best practices.
MAP Expectations:
50% of the students will
meet their target growth on
the Math and Reading MAP
Assessments (Fall to Spring).
100% of target growth will be
met on MAP Assessments.

Provide students with opportunities and


resources to develop, achieve, and exceed
standards in the different learning areas:

Pearson:

students to practice skills at home

-Math:
In order to help students
understand and apply math concepts, the
Pearson Program will be implemented in
the lessons.
As well as interactive
activities and videos to enhance learning in
a positive and creative way.

where knowledge of skills can be assessed
or reinforced creatively using different
