Report writing

A report is a form of communication in which some information is conveyed. The

form of the report has to be such that the person receiving it can draw the
information quickly and easily. The report must have the following qualities.

It reports on accidents, strikes, strange events, unnatural happenings, strikes,
dharnas, some burning problems, social evils, etc are called newspaper
reports.
2. LR
It is written in the form of a letter on an important topic is called a letter
report. It requires the following parts:
introduction
The purpose of the report
The information required
To whom it is meant for
the body of the report
conclusion
3. Laboratory Reports
It reports on an experiment in the field of science is called a laboratory
report. The required information of the experiment conducted will be placed
under these headings.
