Subject:- Refund of Extension Amount & Interest amount on Possession

I am owner and allotte of plot No. 109 , Sector-52, Gurgaon. You have charged following
amount against the terms & conditions of allotment letter dated 17.07.2003

a) Extension Amount
= Rs 2,84,694/b) Interest on Possession = Rs 1,47,049/Total = Rs 4, 31,743/The Drawing of the said plot was approved by the Director of Town & Country Planning
(Gurgaon) vide No. 2063/2012 dated 15.03.2012.
Hence the date of possession can not be before 15.03.2012.
So you are requested to refund the excess amount of Rs. 4, 31,743/- as
explained above with 15% interest amount on this amount immediately.
