or10timessoitwasnecessarytobreakthelaw.

Thefirstreasonthatitisnotokaytobreakthelawis
becausesometimesthelawcouldbefairandsometimes
thelawcouldbeunfair.

Forexample,policesometimes
treatpeoplethattheyserveunfairly.Likeinthecaseofa
NewYorkcityvictimEricGarner.Garnerwasapproached
bypolicebecausethepoliceofficersthoughtthathewas
causingtrouble.EricGarnerarguedbacktotheofficersto
leavehimalone.Theofficersgotangryandbegantograb
andchokeGarnertothepointofcausinghimtobeunable
tobreath.Mr.Garnercontinuedtowheeze,Icant
breath,however,thepoliceofficerscontinuedtoholdhim
inachokeholdgrip.

back,hemaystillbealivetoday.Thisshowsmethat
sometimesitisnecessarytobreakthelaw.

Anotherreasonisthatsometimesit'snecessarytobreak

becausesometimespeoplecouldbewrongabout
somethingandsometimestheyarenotwrong.

example,ofthisisthatpeoplecouldbewrongbecauseif
therewasaproblempeoplecouldbewrongaboutitand

Thisshowsthat
sometimespeoplecouldhaveproblemsandthatpeople
couldsometimesbewrongaboutproblems.

Afinalreasonisthatsometimesitisokaytobreakthelaw
andsometimesitisnotokaytobreakthelawbecause
sometimessomethingcouldhappentoyouand
sometimesnothingcouldhappen.

Thismademethinkthatsometimesitisnecessaryto
breakthelawandthatsometimeswecouldnotbreakthe
lawandpeoplecouldhaveanemergencyandmaybethe
peoplecouldnotbefair
