Planning is where the teacher can control her/his classroom and make it
more organized.
The second week was a wonderful experience which all the
students got tend that I am their teacher. However, planning was
one of the most important things to learn from at this week.
Planning helped me to know my goals for the lesson and how I
will keep students busy all the time to ban noisy. Moreover,
planning for this week aided me to predict some of the risks that

student may do so by asking their teacher that help to have a

good lesson. Thinking about good plans which they have to
contain lot of fun improves my creativity especially in the
activities. On the other hand, planning can be negative with
boys in grade two. Sometime teachers need to add or cancel
anything happen during the lesson time. For example, students
were very noisy because of any activity so the teacher has to
change the plan immediately. Moreover, some of the plans need
too much time and this was my suffering in this week. How the
teacher can be relaxed and creative if she/he was tired from
making these huge plans every day? In addition, teachers put
their time on planning and some of the student does not
appreciate that and waste the class and the teacher time at
playing or misbehave.
At the end, I learned a lot of things from planning and teaching such as
being patient and that I have to be perfect because I am my student
model.
